My journey with photography began as a student, when I borrowed my father’s camera for a trip abroad.
After working for several years in Shizuoka, I left my job to travel across Asia, camera in hand.
Captivated by the beauty of nature, I decided to move to Hakuba in 2021 and started my career as a professional photographer.
After returning to Japan, I was invited by a friend to work in Hakuba during the winter season.
Captivated by its breathtaking nature, I decided to make Hakuba my home in 2021 —
the same year I began my journey as a photographer.
Likes: board games, snowboarding, grilled salmon, mandarin oranges, relaxing in a hammock, Daichi Hirai, etc.
Note: I have a peanut allergy (including peanuts, walnuts, almonds, etc.).

I’m Noppo / Yuuki Arai, a wedding photographer based in Hakuba Village. Thank you for visiting my website.
In my work, I seek to capture the feeling of yohaku — the quiet, open spaces that allow us to breathe.
The vastness of nature, the unhurried flow of time, the peace that rests within the heart.
Hakuba is a place rich with this beautiful stillness.
I photograph within that calm — where you can pause, breathe deeply, and simply be.
I hope you, too, can experience that sense of serenity during your time in Hakuba.
学生時代、父の一眼レフを借りて海外旅行へ
行ったことをきっかけに、カメラを始める。
静岡県で社会人として
働いたのち退職し、アジアを旅する。
帰国後は友人の誘いを受け、
冬季だけ白馬村で働き始めたものの、
自然の美しさに魅了され、2021年に白馬へ移住。
同時にフォトグラファーとしての
活動をスタートさせる。
好きなもの：ボードゲーム、スノーボード、焼き鮭、みかん、ハンモックに揺られぼーっとする、平井大、etc…
